The Kotecks
On July 12th, 2025, I had the honour of photographing Eva and Braeden as they tied the knot on Eva’s family farm — a place filled with meaning, history, and heart. The prairies gifted us a classic Saskatchewan summer day (yes, we were all melting in that +30° heat!), but the warmth only added to the charm, joy, and pure excitement of their celebration.
Every moment felt so authentically them. From the intimate front-yard ceremony surrounded by their closest people, to wandering over to the local fire hall; a meaningful stop for some portraits, their day was a beautiful reflection of who they are together.
And then came the party. As the sun dipped behind the fields and the string lights turned on, the real celebration kicked off — and it was unforgettable. Laughter, dancing, a bridal tambourine, and so many memories being made under the glowing prairie sky.
I truly couldn’t have asked for a more genuine, joy-filled day to capture. Eva and Braeden, thank you for trusting me to document such a meaningful chapter in your story.
